In July of 2007 the APOITEC staff maid by high capacitated technicians, went to USA to then start their biggest challenge, transfer a coil spring production unit from Prichard WV USA to Mogi-Mirim, SP Brazil on a turn-key format project.

Disassembly

On July 17 of 2007 the staff of APOITEC begins their disassembly work on the coil springs line in the city of Prichard, WV USA. The disassembly of the equipments, was done following faithfully the engineering and safety rules proposed before the execution of the work. Concluded the disassembly, was started the process of packaging a very important part for the global completion of the project, cause of the long distance to go through and fragility of some components (Robots, Panels, Measuring Equipments, etc…)

Transport

The loading was done in Prichard WV – USA following faithfully the taxes rules, governmental rules and security standards of both governments (Brazilian and American)  the unloading in Mogi-MIrim, SP Brazil. Overall were more than 70 containers, 14 special transports with height, width, weight excess, special cranes and escort cars on the way from Prichard (West Virginia) to the Baltimore (Maryland) port, going through the state of Ohio. The receiving on Santos-SP port going through the grande SP, to Mogi-Mirim. All the equipments arrived to the destination with no damage at all.

Assembly

The assembling staff with an even bigger crew than the one that started in the USA, using efficient techniques and assembly methodology developed during years of execution of other similar works done by Apoitec do Brasil. The delivery of the equipment on the agreed schedule with quality, efficiency attending completely the expectative and the needs of the client.
